My name is Bolanle (pronounced Bo-lan-lay)—a name of Yorùbá origin meaning “finds wealth at home.”
I recently returned to using my given name after a profound period of introspection about what it means to live in spirit and in truth. When the soul is ready, it calls us back to our true selves.

For me, that time is now.

For years, I lived in a cycle I call “Rewind and Replay”—repeating patterns, making the same choices, and wondering why nothing changed. I felt disconnected from my worth, out of balance, and uncertain about my path. That all shifted in 2006, when I consciously stepped onto the spiritual path. The deconstruction of who I thought I was began—and so did my return to who I truly am.

A Holistic Lens on Healing

With over 20 years of experience across social work, mental health, psychological support, and spiritual study, I’ve come to understand the human experience as layered, sacred, and interconnected.

What began as a decade-long focus on the social, psychological, and emotional factors that affect our lives eventually expanded into a deeper exploration of the spiritual forces that influence our behaviour, relationships, and purpose.

Today, I work through a holistic lens, combining metaphysical and esoteric principles with practical tools rooted in lived experience. My approach is grounded, soulful, and real. My mission is to support others in their own process of self-discovery—guiding them to reclaim their voice, their power, and their wholeness.

Beyond the Work

I’m a mother to two beautiful sons. I find joy in music, nature, and the quiet wisdom found in everyday life. I’m especially passionate about Numerology—a tool that continues to transform how I see myself and the world. There is no greater reward than witnessing someone remember who they truly are—to see their light return, their confidence rise, and their soul awaken.
